Environmental & Land Use Services

 

     We negotiate and, if necessary, litigate, land use and environmental matters such as zoning and wetlands permits, utility siting, windmill projects, cell towers, coastal zone development, hazardous waste and material releases, brownfields, landfills, nuisance and trespass claims.

    While providing services to businesses, EF&A represents numerous environmental organizations, land trusts, associations and individuals dedicated to a healthy environment and other conservation-minded clients.  Attorney Ainsworth is admitted to practice in all federal and state trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies.
